Karly Christine grew up in Sarasota, Florida. After graduating from Sarasota High School, she attended the University of Florida where she graduated cum laude with her degree in Business Administration in 2007. After earning her business degree, she attended law school at Stetson University College of Law where she graduated with honors in 2011. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Karly has devoted her career to civil litigation and has recovered over $40 million to date for her clients.

Karly Christine is a seasoned personal injury litigation attorney. After earning her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2011, Karly worked as an insurance defense attorney for many well-known insurance companies. She was trained how to defend against and minimize the recovery of injury victims and their treatment providers. After years of witnessing the gross inequities, she decided it was time to take what she had learned after working inside the insurance industry and use it to help injured parties seek justice. Being a former insurance defense attorney gives Karly an edge throughout representation because she understands what motivates insurance companies to settle claims and how to craft case strategies to obtain the best possible results for her clients.

Karly currently resides in Sarasota with her husband, Ryan, and son, Cruz. During leisure time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and boating. She is a Corporate Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast and volunteers with programs that distribute food and supplies to the homeless. She is an active member of The Sarasota County Bar Association, The Manatee County Bar Association, Manasota Trial Lawyers Board, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Board, Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court, and the Florida Justice Association. Karly is admitted in all state courts throughout Florida and is admitted into federal court in the Middle District of Florida. Outside of her legal work, Stephanie is active in the Junior League of Tampa, where she supports leadership initiatives and service projects focused on empowering women and children throughout the community.

A proud wife, mother, and dog lover, Stephanie values time with her family—especially visits to the dog beach and their annual trips to Asheville, North Carolina, where they enjoy the area’s natural beauty and arts scene.
