Privacy Policy

Effective 19 October 2026.

Who we are.

Christine Law, P.A., 5531 Marquesas Circle, Sarasota, FL 34233. Phone (941) 548-9555. Email info@christinelawpa.com.

What we collect.

When you submit a form, use the settlement calculator, start a chat or apply for a job, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, a description of your injury or inquiry, and — for job applicants — your résumé and the position you are applying for. We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site that referred you.

Why we use it.

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help with your matter, contact you about your case or application, and operate and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls, texts and email.

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your inquiry, including by automated dialing or texting systems. Consent is not a condition of hiring us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us at any time that you would prefer not to be contacted.

Who we share it with.

Only service providers who help us run the firm and this website — our email delivery provider, our website host and database provider, and analytics providers — and only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations. Résumés submitted through the careers page are kept for up to one year.

Cookies and analytics.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use it. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set; refusing them may affect how parts of the site work.

No attorney-client relationship.

Submitting a form, using the chat or sending us an email does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the information you send is not protected by the attorney-client privilege until we have agreed in writing to represent you. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this website.

Your choices.

Florida residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell or share it. To make a request, call (941) 548-9555 or email info@christinelawpa.com.

Children.

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
